The Care@Centive program was developed to foster these values within our employees by encouraging and supporting employee participation in activities that promote community enrichment and social responsibility. Centive recognizes that employee involvement in their communities enriches their lives and the lives of others, betters the community, and contributes to a more fulfilled, productive employee.
To encourage community involvement, every Centive employee is provided with three days of paid time off per year to participate in volunteer community activities.
