Business Analyst
Summary
Centive is a high growth software company that markets sales compensation software to companies of all sizes. Centive recently launched a new product called Compel that is quickly become the leading product in the market. This focus of this internship as a Business Analyst is to work with the Chief Operating Officer of Centive to measure performance of each area of the company. The position will have exposure to key metrics in sales, marketing, customer service, engineering, and finance. These metrics are used to make critical decisions that drive day-to-day operations at Centive.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Compile a weekly Dashboard of metrics for each functional area of the company
• Analyze detailed sales information to identify quarterly trends
• Prepare analysis for the Executive team and to the Board of Directors as requested
Technical Skill/Knowledge
• Knowledge of desktop solutions, specifically Microsoft Excel
General Skills
• Strong desire to learn and work hard
• Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Displays leadership qualities and works well with others
• Efficient time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Requirements
• Working towards a BS/BA degree in Business
