Compel Support

The mission of Centive's Customer Support is to ensure that customers have an exceptional user experience and to serve as a resource to answer any questions about Compel®.  Customers have access to Centive's Customer Support team as part of the Compel subscription fee. Centive encourages customers to contact us with "how to" questions, production issues and general questions about working with Compel.

Support is offered from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EDT/EST, Monday through Friday, not including Holidays. Support is available 24x7 for critical issues defined as situations that seriously impact critical processes, such as payroll.
